Repeat circuit 3-5 times:

🔥 Jump rope (Double unders): 1 minute

🔥 Push-ups: 1 minute

🔥 Jumping jacks: 1 minute

🔥 Squats: 1 minute

🔥 Rest: 1 minute

Double Trouble Challenge

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 15-20 minutes:

💪 10 Double unders

💪 10 Burpees

💪 10 Mountain climbers (each leg)

💪 10 Air squats

Rest for 1-2 minutes, then repeat in reverse order (50 squats, 40 jumping jacks, etc.):

❤️‍🔥 40 Jumping jacks
