Hey everyone!

Let's be real for a moment.  Double unders are hard!

Which is why we wanted to bring you a jump rope workout for beginners.

Not a beginner?  There's more good news.  This workout will be challenging for even the most advanced athlete.

Here's the workout...

15-minute AMRAP

1 double under
1 push-up
1 air squat
2 double unders
2 push-ups
2 air squats
3-3-3
4-4-4...etc.
'til the 15mins is up!
