PUMPKIN SPICE BURNER

FOR TIME:

  • 100 Double Unders
  • 50 Goblet Squats
  • 75 Double Unders
  • 40 Russian Twists (20 each side)
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 25 Double Unders
  • 20 V-ups

HARVEST HUSTLE

4 Rounds for time:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • (or Air Squats if you don’t have equipment)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups (or Pike Push-ups)

FALLING LEAVES

EMOM 16 Minutes:

  • Minute 1: 40 Double Unders
  • Minute 2: 10 Deadlifts
  • Minute 3: 20 Jumping Lunges
  • Minute 4: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (5 each arm)
