Well, Yes & No. If you enter your height during the checkout process, we'll make sure you get the right sized rope! If that makes you nervous, you can also get a rope with adjustable hardware. Just select "adjustable" from the "How Tall Are You" drop down menu as you customize your rope.

Good question! Our ropes are made of 3/32" PVC coated galvanized stainless steel.

Our ropes are made for frictionless speed, and therefore should be used on a mat or similar surface. Our ropes are not designed to be used on hard, abrasive surfaces.

SAFETY WARNING:
***The Double Under Wonder speed rope products are intended for use solely by adults only and not children. The ropes are speed ropes and move very quickly, and can hurt someone standing nearby if they are hit by a rope when it is in use. By purchasing the ropes you promise to ensure there are safety procedures in place in all facilities where such rope is used to ensure that the Double Under Wonder speed ropes are used by adults only, and that it is clear that anyone using such ropes must have ample space around them so as not to injure anyone nearby. Further, the speed ropes are intended for use inside, on a mat, or outside on a soft mat large enough to ensure the rope does not hit concrete or another hard surface that could break the rope. Any other use other than the uses for the speed ropes outlined herein, shall be considered a misuse of the product by the user of such product.***

To change the items in your order, alter your shipping information, or make any other edits to your order, contact our customer care team by emailing us at help@doubleunderwonder.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit an order once it has been processed for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, shipment times may vary. Generally, all orders will ship within 2-3 business days.

Once your order ships, domestic shipments will arrive within 3-7 business days. For international shipments, arrival times vary depending on location. If you select an expedited shipping method at checkout, standard shipping timelines apply.

We will send you a follow up email once your order has shipped. This email will include the tracking information for your order. To track your order, locate your order confirmation email and click “View your Order.” If no tracking information is available, your order hasn’t shipped yet. 

If you have received confirmation that your order has shipped, we typically ask customers to allow 4-6 weeks for their order to arrive. If after 6 weeks you still do not receive your order, please contact our customer care team by emailing us at help@doubleunderwonder.com.

If you received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our customer care team by emailing us at help@doubleunderwonder.com.

When submitting a request, please include a photo of the damaged/incorrect product and describe the specific flaw. Our customer care team will use this information to quickly resolve your order. This also helps us to prevent similar issues for happening again in the future. 

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for any damage to the merchandise after you have received the order due to wear and use.

Returns & Exchanges

Before sending a product back for a return, please email us at help@doubleunderwonder.com.

Once our customer care team determines if your order is eligible for a return, we will provide all of the return shipping information. Products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of arrival. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all tags attached in its original packaging.

Before sending a product back for an exchange, please email us at help@doubleunderwonder.com.

Once our customer care team determines if your order is eligible for an exchange, we will provide all of the return shipping information. Products may be exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of arrival. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all tags attached in its original packaging.

If your rope doesn't fit, please email us at help@doubleunderwonder.com. Our customer support team will assist you with determining the right size for your rope and if your rope is eligible for a return/exchange.

Our current return/exchange policy lasts 30 days upon receipt of your order, and the product must be unused. To confirm that your rope is unused, please send along a picture of the jump rope with your request.

Upon receipt of your request, if your rope is eligible for an exchange/return we will send you an adjustable cable free of charge!
