10 Minute HITT
Work for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds
-Hand Release Push-ups
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This workout is designed to have you work continuously for 45 seconds and the be able to rest for 15 seconds. The only sticky spot for me was the tricep dips. Other than those, everything is pretty manageable.
