Today we had Shyla Briese on the show. She's incredibly fit, and had a great fitness tip for us.

I hesitated to share this episode because I didn't do very well in the workout, but that would have kept me from sharing how great Shyla did, so I'm swallowing my pride, and posting it anyway.

Whether you're at 0 double-unders or 200 unbroken double-unders, you're still lapping everyone on the couch.  I need to remember that for myself sometimes.
