Meet Tara (officially)

You've probably seen Tara around. 

She's been modeling for us, and helping us illustrate jump rope drills for years. We're ECSTATIC to announce that she actually works for us now!!!

When we first met Tara (about 10 years ago) she couldn't lift more than 45 pounds off the floor.

Now she's a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, and typically sits on top of the white-board at our local CrossFit gym.

Why are we telling you this?  

Because when Tara isn't building jump ropes, or helping you on social media, she'll be putting together some workout demos that you can do anywhere with very little equipment.
