It was unseasonably beautiful on this January day here in Colorado, so we thought we'd take a road trip for this 20-minute HIIT training cardio workout!

20 minutes for max reps...
- Odd Minutes - Run 50 meters/kettlebell swings
- Even minutes - 30 sec. Jump rope/Goblet Squats
