HIIT Cardio Workout - 20 Minutes

It was unseasonably beautiful on this January day here in Colorado, so we thought we'd take a road trip for this 20-minute HIIT training cardio workout!
 
Highlights of the HIIT cardio program are as follows...
  • Camera man almost getting run over (once by Tiffany, and once by a car)
  • Tanessa begging to be thrown off a cliff mid-workout
  • The views (obviously)
Here are the details of this 20 minute HIIT Cardio Workout...
 
20 minutes for max reps...
 
- Odd Minutes - Run 50 meters/kettlebell swings
- Even minutes - 30 sec. Jump rope/Goblet Squats
