30 double unders - 8 single arm thrusters (4each arm) 50/35lb
...If you can't stick with the EMOM format, just turn it into an AMRAP jump rope workout and see how many rounds you can get! We're keeping our fingers crossed we can stay on top of it. 🤞🏼
