Jump Rope Workout - Sit-ups, Burpees, and Deadlifts

Join us for this at-home-workout that won't take too much time, but will leave you feeling the burn we all love so much.

Every 3 mins for 18 mins:
20 sit-ups
15 burpees
10 straight leg deadlifts
Max double-unders in time remaining of jump rope workout routine.

We'll be using a 53 & 70lb kettlebell for the deadlifts.
