For Time:

(points if you use a pumpkin as your medicine ball)

31 Kettlebell Swings

13 Box Jumps

31 Double-Unders (or single-unders)

 

 

Witche's Brew

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

10 Deadlifts (use a barbell or kettlebell)

10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats

10 Handstand Push-Ups (or regular push-ups if needed)

10 Toes-to-Bar (or hanging leg raises)

20 Double-Unders

 

 

Zombie Survival

5 Rounds for Time:

10 Thrusters (use a barbell or dumbbells)

15 Pull-Ups (or ring rows)

20 Box Jumps

5 Wall Climbs (like a zombie scaling a wall)

31 Double-Unders
